thanks for your comments and I have to say I am having a great time doing this bog and ‘meeting’ such hardworking and fascinating people. Yes the recipes are a challenge but it will be fun. I have been away for a few days but have a great recipe from Mongolia from a contact there. Must try it myself too, happy cooking…

Happy first anniversary on your excellent and interesting blog. You should be commended on your efforts in helping to save the snow leopards. Also on providing an enchanting and informative blog.

12 recipes hey? One from each country where snow leopards roam…..that’s a clever way of getting people to keep coming back to your blog!

I can’t wait to see what recipes you’re going to bring out of Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan!

Of course, you have taken photos of all the recipes while you were in those countries – just like the recipe from Nepal

Thankyou Sibylle, for all of your efforts in creating this blog for all to enjoy about Snow Leopards and their conservation. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to continue operating and producing a regular blog. I look forward to all of the recipes. I enjoy cooking and I now have a tagine, so I hope that some of the recipes will be good for slow-cooking? Brenton.
