Sounds like Dr Zeuss? This is the stand the Snow Leopard Trust uses in US Zoos to tell visitors stories of its work with Mongolian herder communities. The Trust trains village women in Mongolia to make clothes (like hats!)and household items out of soft felted sheep wool. These beautiful things are then sold by the Trust to help the women earn money for their children’s education, medicine etc. This means the villagers no longer kill snow leopards to sell their fur and the snow leopard population in this area can hopefully survive.
